Ans: Scheduling your pick up is merely a few clicks away on our Website/App. You can also call on 8432228899 to schedule a pickup. You can download the SparClean android app from the play store.

Q. How to reschedule a missed pickup/delivery?

Ans: If you happen to have missed your pickup/delivery, you can simply reschedule it by calling at our call support number 8432228899.

Q. What’s your turnaround time?

Ans: We take 48 hours for laundry and 72 hours for premium laundry and dry cleaning. But in case of an emergency, we can make special arrangements.

Q. How to contact pick my laundry in case of a query/complaint?

Ans: You can always call or Whtsapp us at our call centre number 8432228899. We will be more than happy to hear from you.

Q. How do I know that my personal items of laundry are in safe hands?

Ans: The safety of personal items is in our hearts. Our riders understand this and our quality controls managers are hand picked selected professionals. If any garments need to be washed a certain way, don’t worry – please put it in the pickup slip and we will take care of the rest.

Q. How do you process my clothes, where are my clothes headed?

Ans: The picked up garments from your doorstep, reach at our hub where we screen, count and tag each garment. Further to that, garments reach to top notch Laundromat, where they are scrutinized by our quality control manager and sacked in lots based on color and garment type. The state of the art machines wash and dry your clothes. As per your instructions, garments are either folded or steam pressed. After that, another quality professional screen each garment for quality and scan the tag of each garment to verify the quantity of clothes being packed.

Q. What is the minimum order size?

Ans: Our Minimum order value is ₹ 100.

Q. Do I need to separate clothes of laundry from dry clean?

Ans: Our pick up riders have reusable laundry bags and you just need to tell our rider suitably about the segregation and our pick up rider will put your clothes in different bags.

Q. Are there things that you will not wash?

Ans: Not Much!! If our laundry specialist discovers that it would not be sensible to wash a certain textile, we will contact you and agree on how to continue.

Q. How do I give special instructions for my clothes?

Ans: Be it a cold wash or an antiseptic wash or adding of fabric conditioner, we have this all covered for you. You can also mention about any adamant stain and we can arrange special treatment for them. You just need to mention it to our pick up rider and he will write it down in the special instruction column in pick up receipt.

Q. What do you suggest to tackle clothes which bleed out color?

Ans: Some dark colored clothes have this tendency to bleed out color and white garments are most susceptible to adhering to this bled color. So we suggest not to give expensive white clothes in the lot for laundry. Premium laundry or dry cleaning expensive clothes is always a better and safe option.

Q. How do you accept payment?

Ans: We collect the payment at the time of delivery. You can pay via cash to our delivery rider or can make an online payment. You can pay online at the time of placing order. You can also use our ‘My wallet’ credit system and avail fabulous discounts. You can also make the payment through PayTM using our android app.

Q. Do I need to tip the delivery rider?

Ans: No need to search your pockets for that extra bit, we motivate our boys with ample incentives!

Q. How do I avail discounts?

Ans: Any discounts/Offers is aptly displaced on the website or App on cart page. Also, keep checking your inbox regularly for exciting offers. You can use the coupon code while placing an order through App or website on your cart page.

Q. How do I Refer friends using App?

Ans: Go to your ‘Home, Services, My account” page. You will find your unique referral link, which is displayed like ‘Your Referral URL: ‘ (Please note that, The referral link is active only after your first successful purchase.) Send this link to your friends through Email, Whatsapp, Facebook etc. Once your friend pays for his/her first order you will get a referral code displayed on your my account page as well as a  notification via Email. Use this code on ‘Cart’ page next time you book your laundry. (If your friend / relative using our app instead of browser. please send coupon code displayed, instead of link, as link is directed to our website only.)
